Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for sales roles
- Source candidates through social media, networking events, and job boards
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously enhance hiring processes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment
