Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for supporting all Hendrick Motorsports (HMS) & Hendrick Motorsports Technical Solutions (HTS), and Hendrick Performance (HP) hiring needs. This will include sourcing, screening, and placing skilled professionals in various roles throughout the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of technical skill sets, industry trends, and the unique demands of the many environments our teammates operate in. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Must be creative and must exercise flexibility and initiative.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, will frequently engage in directing others in support of the recruiting and hiring process.

Education/Experience:
Previous recruiting experience for manufacturing/engineering roles, as well as experience working in high-paced environment.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations.
Environment Demands:
Duties are performed primarily an office environment. This position is not remote. Moderate travel by air and car is required. Position requires extensive interaction with Executive Leadership. Due to the nature of this position, employee may be exposed to various work environments, both indoors and outdoors.
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability to learn spreadsheet software and the company HRIS system.
Math Ability:
Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations to accurately analyze market compensation trends, and review and advise on salary recommendations.
Communication Skills:
Employee must have exceptional verbal and active listening skills. Employee must be able to handle phone calls and communicate effectively with hiring managers and teammates.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance at the office. May include evening hours, weekends, and holidays to meet required deadlines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Must have a friendly and positive attitude at all times, ensuring that candidates feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form to varying parties in a way that is understood and easily interpreted. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business-related documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Executive management, employees, vendors, candidates, and applicants.
