VEG is a rapidly growing emergency company dedicated to delivering the best possible experiences for our customers and employees alike. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance the care experience for pet parents in our hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them through the check-in process
  • Monitor customer wait times and improve workflow efficiency
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and empathetically
  • Engage customers during their visit to enhance satisfaction

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service training or certification is preferred
