Customer Support & Administrative Associate

We're looking for a Customer Support & Administrative Associate to be the friendly voice and face of our company while supporting our Customer Service team behind the scenes.

This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, multitasking, and keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
• Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and shipping/tracking requests
• Support the Customer Service team with ongoing projects and administrative tasks
• Log and escalate customer issues when necessary
• Deliver accurate product information and assist with customer education and training needs

Administrative Support

• Greet guests, vendors, and visitors with a positive, polished demeanor
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting reception area

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably direct to consumer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and/or customer service platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Amazon Seller is a plus
• A team player who embodies Spring Footwear’s brand values: quality, care, and style
• Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency
