VEG is revolutionizing emergency veterinary care with a customer-first mentality and an employee-centric work environment. We seek outgoing Customer Experience Coordinators who excel at creating welcoming experiences for pet parents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications
  • Record call information and transfer calls to doctors
  • Greet customers upon entrance and ensure they are checked in
  • Monitor customer wait times and improve workflow efficiency
  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints
  • Collect feedback and process payments
  • Update care team on customer needs and follow up post-visit

Education
