Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of bookkeeping, basic accounting, billing, or a related field
At least three years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the University of Arkansas student version and non-student version of UAConnect
Experience with the University of Arkansas Workday System
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Knowledge of filing and recordkeeping procedures
Ability to record fiscal information and manipulate data to generate reports and documents
Knowledge of computers and software application programs
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Knowledge of customer service techniques
Ability to communicate using clear communication skills which could include but not be limited to the following methods: personal face-to-face contact, using e-mail or other written correspondence, and through telephone contact
Ability to interpret department policies and procedures
