Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage customer orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Engage with customers to identify needs and support revenue growth
- Maintain and update customer data across CRM and ERP systems
- Oversee customer service case/email inbox
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
