Summary of Job Duties:

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across a functional area such as finance, human resources, and operations. This role collaborates with stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams to enhance workflows, improve data integrity, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
The analyst performs process mapping, requirements gathering, testing coordination, issue resolution, and documentation. They play a key role in supporting ERP systems and driving continuous improvement across business operations.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

• Exposure to finance in complex organizations
