Responsibilities
- Travel 30-50% to meet customers and support energy system management
- Assist property managers, supers, and owners with Runwise platform usage
- Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and onboard new buildings
- Proactively address issues impacting customer savings and goals
- Manage relationships across multiple customer stakeholders
- Support senior leadership in building and scaling the Territory channel
