Collections Analysts are members of a customer’s support team and part of the Customer-to-Cash organization. Advocates for customers, they are the single point-of-contact for external and internal customers, ensuring each one’s back-office needs are properly translated, understood and carried out. This role is a tireless champion for our customers delivering the best possible experience with every contact.
Specialists in order-to-cash processes, Collections Analysts are obsessed with their customers and liaise with sister groups like Billing, Cash Applications and Order Management to ensure both requests and complaints are identified, communicated, tracked and fulfilled quickly and accurately assuring the timely payment of TR’s accounts receivable. Failure is not an option.
