Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing vendor acknowledgments and the data entry of vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and match vendor acknowledgments to our purchase orders for accuracy
- E-mail vendors regarding pricing and quantity discrepancies
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update vendor files and payment records
- Collaborate with supply chain and other departments as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 1+ years of experience in data entry/ order processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems
