Client Services Assistant

- Serves as the first contact to potential clients calling or visiting our showroom
- Explains our process from design through installation to potential clients
- Manages scheduling for design and installation appointments
- Gives a complete walk-through of product offerings to showroom visitors
- Maintains a clean and orderly showroom
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and design samples
- Prepares consultation literature for designers and other clerical duties, as needed
- Assists with website and social content, as needed
Compensation
- Bonuses available ($100 for walk-in that eventually results in signed proposal)
- Hours: 20-24 hours per week (including two Saturday mornings per month)
- 10 Paid Holidays
- Accrued PTO
Qualifications
- Able to provide a high level of service to our clients, in person, on the phone, and online
- Comfortable with online scheduling and communication software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- 1-2 years experience of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
