As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing the needs and concerns of our clients and their families. This may include:
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating between clients and caregivers
- Providing information about our services and answering questions about home health care
- Assisting with billing and insurance inquiries
- Handling and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining accurate and organized client records
We offer both remote and office positions for our Call Center Agents, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or in a professional office setting. All agents will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure success in the role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic and patient with a strong desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
