Customer Support Engineer I (CRM)

Tekion is a cloud-native automotive platform company innovating the automotive retail market by connecting OEMs, retailers, and consumers through advanced technology. They are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer I with CRM software support experience, preferably in automotive, to provide exceptional client support and technical troubleshooting.

Skills

  • Experience in software support with CRM systems
  • Ability to diagnose and address application issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Complex problem-solving ability
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system issues
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
  • Understand applications both functionally and technically
  • Utilize internal and external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Ensure proper logging and prioritization of all issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
