Customer Support Representative

Tekion is an innovative cloud-native automotive platform company revolutionizing automotive retail with cutting-edge technology, AI, and data integration. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to own and resolve customer issues, perform technical troubleshooting, and provide excellent support in an office setting.

Skills

  • Experience in application or integration support
  • Working knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Basic network configuration understanding (optional)
  • Familiarity with APIs and Postman (optional)
  • Coding skills in JavaScript or Java are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to diagnose and address application issues
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues
  • Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Understanding applications both functionally and technically
  • Performing data analysis and modeling future data integration
  • Using internal and external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Logging and prioritizing issues accurately
  • Preparing timely reports and documentation
  • Documenting technical knowledge through notes and manuals

Education

  • Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience
