Who We Are Looking For?
We’re looking for a highly motivated commission-based Part-Time Lead Outreach & Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts by scheduling qualified meetings with potential partners. This is a part-time, freelance, and remote-friendly role, ideal for professionals with experience in outbound outreach or appointment setting who are confident communicators and results-driven.
Your primary goal is to initiate contact, qualify interest, and secure meetings for our internal sales team. You don’t need to close deals—just open the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outreach to potential leads through warm follow-up calls (e.g., via Google Voice), email, or LinkedIn messaging
Start conversations and book qualified meetings for our internal team (no selling or closing involved)
Use HubSpot CRM to log outreach activities, manage lead status, and keep records up to date
Follow messaging templates or scripts, while personalizing when needed
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth handover of leads
Stay organized and consistent with your outreach to meet weekly goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound lead outreach, appointment setting, or sales development
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
Comfortable using HubSpot CRM or willing to learn quickly
Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone
Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage your own time
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in sales development or B2B appointment setting
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email outreach tools
Experience working in remote, distributed teams
Understanding of SaaS, recruitment, or talent acquisition space
