- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of automation using SoundHoundAI:Autonomics and related modules.
- Collaborate with Mastercard OCC leads to identify business-aligned automation opportunities.
- Develop solutions to improve event correlation and reduce escalations to senior teams.
- Increase first-call resolution and aim to decrease customer-facing incidents by 50%.
- Enable 90% incident resolution at the OCC level through automation.
- Implement automatic problem remediation processes.
- Introduce CSI best practices and automation libraries to accelerate delivery.
- Mentor and support Mastercard staff in automation design and development as needed.
Education
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
