Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of automation using SoundhoundAI:Autonomics and Automation modules.
- Collaborate with Mastercard OCC leads to identify and implement value-adding automations aligned with business objectives.
- Develop solutions to improve event correlation and reduce escalations to senior teams.
- Increase first-call incident resolution and cut customer-facing incidents by 50%.
- Enable 90% incident resolution at the OCC level through automatic problem remediation.
- Introduce CSI best practices and automation libraries to expedite solution delivery.
- Mentor and assist Mastercard staff in automation design and development.
Education
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, or related fields.
