PreSales Solutions Architect, Voice AI Platform (Enterprise)
Skills
- Strong experience in solution architecture and sales engineering in software/services.
- Proficiency with APIs integration and telephony infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data center and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Programming and scripting skills (Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript).
- Basic Linux administration skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS software sales, especially in enterprise contexts.
- Understanding of contact center and ITSM software sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for the Amelia conversational AI platform.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives during the pre-sales process.
- Map business and technical challenges to Amelia’s capabilities and design client-specific solutions.
- Understand technical and deployment requirements for client solutions.
- Design architectural blueprints integrating Amelia with client environments.
- Develop detailed design documents and deliver product demonstrations.
- Analyze customer data to support sales and ROI calculations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to build profitable and deliverable proposals.
- Serve as the resident expert on Amelia’s technical capabilities.
- Advocate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Support partner architects and delivery teams as a technical resource.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
