Responsibilities

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the hospital's IT server infrastructure to ensure continuous and secure operation of critical systems. This position will possess strong technical expertise in server management, network configuration, storage solutions, and security protocols. This role supports clinical and administrative staff by managing hospital systems to facilitate optimal patient care and hospital operations. This role requires independent responsibility, discretion, and decision-making on critical tasks, with minimal oversight. It involves prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and consistently meeting deadlines.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $50,336.00 to $131,414.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
