We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Operations to lead the administration of incentive compensation (IC) programs for all field-facing teams. This role is responsible for the operational execution of IC processes, including roster and alignment management, as well as targeting administration. This role will serve as the primary liaison with an external vendor, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination and execution of IC administration activities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliverables while supporting strategic field deployment and overall commercial effectiveness. High consideration is given to those who can work onsite presence two days per week at our Waltham, MA location.
Key Responsibilities:
The base salary pay range for this role is $130,000-$175,000 annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match, short and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and life insurance benefits, in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
