We are a looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager responsible for the Zales & Banter organic social presence including strategy, content planning, creative execution and monitoring. This role will own the end-to-end social process inclusive of creating lo-fi, trend-driven content that amplifies the brand voice and builds authentic connections with our audience. You’ll play a key role in driving our brands cultural relevancy and follower growth through engaging content, with the ability to maneuver in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires a flexible work schedule, combining on-site presence with remote work, based out of our Support Center in Dallas, Texas.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Oversee and execute social media strategies against platform best practices and the brand guidelines based on cultural/trending moments, seasonal calendars, and brand priorities.

  • Manage and maintain Instagram and TikTok Shops to drive product discovery and conversion.

  • Own scheduling and publishing using social media management tools.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to optimize content strategy and inform future planning.

  • Identify cultural moments, trends, and platform opportunities translating them into engaging lo-fi content.

  • Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content with a scrappy, test-and-learn mindset to drive reach, engagement, and relevance

  • Partner with agency teams to gather produced assets for organic social integration.

  • Partner with agency team on development of brands Organic Social Strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners across Media, Brand, PR, Influencer and Merch to ensure brand priorities and initiatives are represented in the social strategies in the appropriate capacity.

  • Maintain and optimize all brand organic social platforms inclusive of Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and potential up and coming platforms – ensure all content has the appropriate product tags/links for a smooth CX.

  • Stay across key industry trends, competitive insights, industry leaders and emerging social media technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand, ideally in retail, fashion, or lifestyle.

  • Proven ability to create short-form, lo-fi content independently using tools like CapCut, Canva, or native app editors.

  • Strong understanding of social commerce and experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok Shops.

  • Strong understanding of platform nuances (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.) and performance analytics.

  • Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone, voice, and trends.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about brand social storytelling.
