Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Communications

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Associate Brand Manager, you will support the building of Chipotle’s brand. From brand to new product communication launch ideas, you’ll partner with an industry-leading team to translate new insights and concepts into impact. You will serve as a key thought-leader and stakeholder in the continuous development and execution of Chipotle’s integrated marketing campaigns that breakthrough in culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop integrated marketing campaign briefs that deliver breakthrough comms strategies and creative for Chipotle’s promotional marketing calendar
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams such as digital, product, finance, supply chain, operations, and legal to execute marketing campaigns and ensure go-to-market success across all consumer touchpoints
  • Partner with internal and external communications partners across multiple agencies, social, PR, creative, and media teams to manage go-to-market campaigns
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and present real time and post-launch reporting to marketing leadership
  • Execute brand communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage content creation across multiple channels, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand identity

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business from 4-year college or university
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Brand Management experience in CPG products or Food industries with a demonstrated ability to support key organizational initiatives at a consumer-centric organization.

PAY TRANSPARENCY


A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $99,000.00–$135,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
