Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social, influencer, programmatic, and emerging channel strategies
- Manage and optimize performance agency relationships against KPIs
- Forecast and optimize campaigns focusing on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
- Coordinate creative briefs and approval processes including legal compliance
- Lead creative testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, SEO, Product Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams
- Launch new marketing channels and phase out underperforming ones
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights and decisions

- Relevant degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related fields)
