Role Overview:

We're looking for a high-performance Amazon Growth Specialist with a focus on the supplements and nutrition category. You’ll be responsible for optimizing listings, managing ad campaigns, and using data to drive aggressive growth. Whether you've scaled a $50K/month storefront or $1M/month, what matters most to us is your ability to increase sales, improve rankings, and drive performance.

We care less about the size of the brands you’ve worked with, and more about your ability to drive measurable growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage Amazon storefronts, including listings, A+ content, and backend keyword strategies.
  • Launch, manage, and refine Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Analyze store performance and advertising metrics to make data-backed decisions.
  • Manage inventory levels and lead restock forecasting to monitor product performance.
  • Implement creative growth tactics and stay on top of Amazon algorithm updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon storefront experience (supplements or nutrition category preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA workflows, and PPC ad platforms
  • Proven track record of scaling store performance revenue
  • Strong command of growth metrics (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, etc.)

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience specifically scaling supplement brands
  • Familiarity with review generation strategies and compliance standards on Amazon
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

  • A seat on an early rocket ship with huge growth potential
