Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery aligning with company growth strategy
- Collaborate with business functions to enhance operational initiatives, process automation, and digital transformation
- Own and optimize enterprise systems including productivity, identity management, and financial tools
- Manage global IT infrastructure strategy including cloud, network, security, and end-user computing
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory frameworks including SOX, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR
- Develop and lead a high-performing Enterprise IT team and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for measuring ROI on technology initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- MBA or advanced degree in Business or Technology Management preferred
