Skills

- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management integrated with HRIS and ITSM.
- Understanding of access control, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Ability to design and scale identity and access management systems in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise IAM architecture, including SSO, MFA, and federated identity systems.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management integrated with HRIS and IT systems.
- Implement role-based and policy-based access controls and conduct access reviews in line with compliance standards.
- Deploy and integrate IAM tools across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, Legal, and Engineering teams to support identity strategy and regulatory compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
