Technical Writer
Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong research and information gathering abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk preferred.
- Understanding of Point of Sale and Payments industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Centered Service methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review, design, write, and edit technical and process documentation following company guidelines.
- Engage with user feedback to identify content gaps and improve documentation.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to produce clear, actionable, and engaging documentation.
- Meet project milestones and advocate for documentation best practices.
- Generate creative ideas and solve problems to meet evolving project goals.
- Work effectively in fast-paced, individual and team environments.
