WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the COO and co-founder, a sharp, highly organized operator who can bring structure to complexity and ensure execution at the highest level. This is a pivotal role, working directly with the COO to lead strategic initiatives, manage priorities, and enable our leadership team to operate effectively. We are looking for candidates who are based on the Eastern Time Zone. You should expect to join us in mid-late Q3 25.
You’ll be at the center of critical business functions. From high-level planning to hands-on execution, you’ll ensure the right priorities stay on track and that decisions translate into action. Strategic communications - play an important role in leading the coordination of company communications and monthly updates to the company.
Market & expansion opportunities - work alongside the co-founders in developing new business lines in new territories and markets.
M&A integrations - assist the COO in M&A integration planning and execution.
Special projects - run with analysis of new technologies and their place within our business to drive value and scale.
