YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  

• You will organize department activities, review incoming requests, and coordinate seamlessly with other teams to ensure smooth operations 
• You will perform essential administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and mailing, keeping our processes efficient 
• You will track important dates and deadlines, maintaining an organized calendar to keep the team on schedule 
• You will organize and manage both paper and electronic documents, ensuring easy access and accuracy 
• You will assist with various administrative tasks as needed and support the department in achieving its goals, ensuring all data is accurately collected and maintained in our databases 
• You will review and process invoices promptly, contributing to our financial accuracy and operational efficiency 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER  

• Education & Experience You have a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of administrative experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in a related field  
• Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications 
• Work Hours & Authorization You are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. You can also work 40 hours per week, including flexibility for day or evening shifts as needed 
• Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Your superior organizational abilities enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Also, you have a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and communications 
• Communication Skills & Language Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Speaking other languages is a plus
