Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for leading change management activities that support strategic organizational goals and manage the portfolio of communities. Regional Managers operate as business unit leaders for their teams and manage the book of business assigned to each. Support the sales and growth goals for the region by developing leads and supporting sales efforts. Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision. Maintains client satisfaction and account retention. Builds and manages teams effectively.
