- Coordinate end-to-end event processes including planning, promotion, and execution in the US and Latin America
- Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and facilitate payment coordination with Sales, BD, and Partners
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive event documentation and reports
- Support on-site event logistics with 25-50% travel readiness
- Perform regular housekeeping of event-related files and documentation
