Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding roofing and siding services.
  • Provide timely responses to customer emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and scheduling consultations and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to communicate customer needs and feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Must reside in the USA and be eligible to work in the country.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations gracefully and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
