Description
Our Fredericksburg Fuel Plant has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). A CSR is a people-oriented team member that provides outstanding customer service to support our overall fuel operations in a safe, profitable, and efficient way. We are known for our exceptional customer service and positive work family dynamic, and we’re searching for a professional who will share and compliment our values and culture on the Tiger Team.
This position will typically work 32 hours a week, working four 8-hour shifts. Days off during the week may change based on business needs, so flexibility is required. During the cold winter season, additional hours/days may be required. This position is full time, benefit eligible.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
1-2 years’ experience in direct customer service
