The Student Engagement department resides within the Student Success Center organization. Specialists conduct outreach to prospective students, answering questions about their educational journey in support of students’ educational goals.
Job Summary
The Associate Student Engagement Specialist is an entry-level role thatrepresents university partners and shares information about online degrees to potential students via phone, email, and SMS. Associate Specialists coordinate activities across multiple areas within Student Engagement, ensuring operational efficiency. This role proactively engages prospective students in a goal oriented, metrics driven environment.
