Customer Support Representative(Spanish Speaking)

Ooma is a leading cloud communications company that provides innovative VoIP and smart home security solutions. They are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to deliver technical support and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Basic to advanced troubleshooting of VoIP and networking issues.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably RightNow.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Organizational and results-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer experience while addressing their needs.
  • Perform front-line troubleshooting and customer care within Ooma’s tiered support model.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Diagnose network, router, and connectivity issues to improve call quality.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP problems using CRM tools and log reviews.
  • Monitor telecommunication services including carriers and telephony servers.
  • Provide root cause analysis and detailed reports to engineering teams.
  • Communicate status updates on open issues to customers.
  • Apply expert knowledge of Ooma’s services, VoIP technology, and networking.
  • Identify and test bug fixes prior to deployment.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in a technical discipline.
