Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Define product KPIs, prioritize features based on data, and measure outcomes.
- Create detailed product requirements, documentation, and plan agile sprints.
- Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, API-enabled systems.
- Manage tickets and ensure sprint commitments are met, addressing any risks or blockers.
- Provide clear status updates to business and executive stakeholders.
- Design user flows and wireframes to drive cross-team alignment.
- Instrument products to capture metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use cost-benefit analysis for features and optimizations aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with UX and customer-facing teams to ensure superior user experience.
- Build partnerships with third-party vendors and integrate their systems efficiently.
- Design with scalability and sustainability, minimizing technical debt and vendor lock-in.
