- Schedule production timelines and approvals while balancing priorities.
- Maintain and evolve project workflows and shared planning tools.
- Drive quarterly system improvements based on feedback.
- Source and manage vendor options for events and swag.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals ensuring alignment with event logistics.
- Oversee company storefront logistics, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and invoice processing.
- Track marketing spend and assist with budget reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance of marketing assets and partnerships.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
