Responsibilities
- Maintain operational stability through access reviews and vendor risk assessments.
- Manage and execute recurring audits like SOC 2 with third-party auditors.
- Partner with control owners to understand audits and prioritize remediation.
- Develop and implement security training and awareness programs.
- Evaluate regulatory changes impacting security, compliance, and privacy.
- Consult on security and privacy policies, procedures, and controls.
- Assess security and compliance of third-party and native tools including AI.
- Collaborate in a culture driven by empathy, learning, and transparency.
- Manage critical projects with Security Technical Program Managers.
- Drive process improvements and mature roadmap and metrics programs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
