Skills
- Experience in compliance operations, legal operations, consulting, or program management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance domains such as BSA/AML, licensing, regulatory testing, and consumer protection.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex compliance topics clearly.
- Proficiency with workflow and knowledge management tools such as Ironclad, Notion, Airtable, JIRA, and Asana.
- Highly organized and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution and tracking of deliverables across six core compliance pillars.
- Maintain dashboards, workflows, and documentation to support operational excellence.
- Support Compliance Management System including policy management and audit readiness.
- Run team meetings, planning cycles, and retrospectives.
- Manage budget tracking, vendor coordination, tooling optimization, and hiring operations.
- Serve as project manager for cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Legal, Finance, and Risk.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for compliance efficiency.
- Optimize internal processes and knowledge management systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support leadership and audit readiness.
- Analyze compliance trends to propose proactive solutions.
- Provide decision-support to the CCO and support team enablement activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPP) preferred.
