Skills
- Expertise in enterprise risk management within fintech, digital assets, or high-uptime hosting environments.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks such as COSO, NIST, and ISO.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication to translate complex risks into actionable insights.
- Experience supervising business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
- Proficiency in financial, technology, and infrastructure risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and governance structure.
- Build out and own Non-Financial Risk management oversight on behalf of the CRO.
- Conduct forward-looking risk assessments including incident trend analysis and emerging risk monitoring.
- Expand enterprise risk inventory, risk register, and heat maps reflecting current exposure and residual risk.
- Develop and maintain key risk indicators and early warning indicators across risk domains.
- Create risk dashboards and reporting for executive leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous risk monitoring by leveraging financial, operational, and technological risk data.
Education
- Relevant undergraduate degree required, preferably in finance, business, risk management, or related field.
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CRMP, or CERP are advantageous.
