Role Summary
Renew Home is looking for a Contract Sourcer who can lead top of funnel activities for technical roles, with the ability (and desire) to stretch into non-technical positions as needed. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high quality pipelines across a range of key positions, while delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The role requires the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and to quickly attain a strong understanding of a complex space, while building alignment between the company's needs and ideal candidate profiles.
