Responsibilities
- Partner with KINESSO employee group across the US to implement HR strategies.
- Facilitate learning activities with the Learning & Development team.
- Support Talent Calibration, Compensation Planning, and Talent Planning activities.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and guidance to employees and management.
- Manage HR processes such as new hires and transfers in coordination with Talent Operations.
- Handle Employee Relations in partnership with Mediabrands Employee Relations group.
- Guide performance management, talent development, HR tools usage, and talent-related surveys.
- Lead strategic diversity initiatives including event planning and execution.
- Stay current on employment law, industry trends, and best HR practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
