The North America Leave of Absence Analyst is responsible for managing and administering employee leave of absence programs, including but not limited to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and other company-specific leave policies in the US and Canada. This role partners with a third-party leave vendor to ensure compliance while providing an exceptional internal experience to employees, managers, and all other stakeholders involved in the leave of absence lifecycle from the initiation of leave through returning to work.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 74,900.00 to 105,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
