The Patient Services Representative is a high-level customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication within the department. The Patient Services Representative is responsible to ensure that each customer, patient, and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The main responsibility is to answer phone call and response to requests of those calls. This individual may be assigned other projects as needed and be expected to complete the project within a certain timeframe.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
