Customer Service Representative

ShipMonk is a leading 3PL provider focused on helping high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands scale through technology-driven fulfillment solutions. They seek a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for merchants, provide support, manage inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills for merchant interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
  • Proficiency in account management and customer service tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution
  • Manage incoming merchant contacts via phone, chat, email, and ticketing system daily
  • Collaborate with warehouse management and developers to ensure requests are fulfilled professionally and on time
  • Build sustainable, long-term relationships with merchants
  • Educate merchants on service offerings and assist in proactive planning to minimize issues
  • Support merchant projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to enhance merchant experience and propose upgraded services and new products

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
