Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution
- Manage incoming merchant contacts via phone, chat, email, and ticketing system daily
- Collaborate with warehouse management and developers to ensure requests are fulfilled professionally and on time
- Build sustainable, long-term relationships with merchants
- Educate merchants on service offerings and assist in proactive planning to minimize issues
- Support merchant projects throughout their lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to enhance merchant experience and propose upgraded services and new products
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
