Remote Live Chat Support

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
