Serve as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, supporting Agile processes across software, DevOps, sustainment, and operational teams in coordination with Product Owners and delivery teams.
Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning for the overall program, ensuring alignment across integrated product teams (IPTs) and translating mission priorities into executable work.
Collaborate with IPT Scrum Masters to prioritize and develop Sprint backlogs and Program-level stories that deliver high-value outcomes.
Organize and coordinate engineering and delivery activities, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across the program.
Define and track Agile metrics to assess team performance, velocity, and delivery health; coach IPT Scrum Masters in data interpretation and continuous improvement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives; ensure consistent, high-quality team collaboration.
Support backlog grooming, story refinement, and prioritization in partnership with Product Owners to ensure readiness for iterations and Program planning.
Act as the primary Agile interface to government stakeholders, supporting transparency, alignment, and effective prioritization of program deliverables.
Work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Product Management to manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate delivery risks.

Required:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer in a complex, multi-team environment.
Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar enterprise Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile transformation efforts and coach others in Agile principles and best practices.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne) and Agile performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to foster strong relationships with coworkers and vendors.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

SAFe certification or experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
Knowledge of cloud-based services (AWS)
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
