We’re looking for a growth lead to own and scale inbound channels to bring in more recruiters.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role focused on driving top-of-funnel recruiter acquisition and building programs to turn them into power users. You’ll be launching campaigns, running paid social, crafting creative that cuts through, and hosting unforgettable in-person events.
2–7 years of experience in a high-intensity growth, GTM, or marketing role at a startup or tier 1 environment (consulting, banking, etc.).
You're a ruthless executor – you ship fast, test relentlessly, and own the outcome.
You’ve run paid campaigns before, ideally LinkedIn, and know what good performance looks like.
Strong creative instincts – you don’t wait for a designer to make something work.
People person – you’ll be running events, meeting recruiters, and need to leave a great impression.
Running inbound growth from scratch across paid social (think LinkedIn), partnerships, product marketing, and experiments that don’t yet have a name.
Launching campaigns with speed – from ad creative to copy to landing page – and owning results.
Hosting and scaling Paraform events for top recruiters across the country.
Working side by side with the CEO on mission-critical growth efforts. No red tape.
You’ve scaled early-stage products before.
You’ve worked in marketplaces or B2B fintechs.
