Overview:
As the Performance & Growth Manager, you will lead all paid acquisition, tracking, analytics, and CRM efforts. You’ll design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across X, Google, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll also own CRM/email flows, UTM/GA4 tracking, SEO planning, retargeting, and attribution. Your goal: drive measurable user growth while reducing CAC and maximizing ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads across X, Google, TikTok, YouTube
  • Build conversion-focused LPs with A/B testing and scroll optimization
  • Launch retargeting flows across paid + email
  • Create onboarding and referral-driven CRM/email sequences
  • Define SEO content themes and measure performance (with Content)
  • Deliver weekly performance dashboards with CAC, ROAS, CTR, funnel data
  • Suggest experiments weekly for creative, targeting, and user flow

Required Skills:

  • Experience with paid media (Twitter Ads, Google, TikTok)
  • Analytics fluency: GA4, UTMs, A/B testing
  • CRM/email automation experience 
  • Familiar with SEO keyword planning, site audit tools
  • Results-obsessed: can manage CAC, scale spend, track ROAS
